We are accepting same day appointments, providing our schedule permits. It’s best to secure a spot at least 2 weeks in advance. Please give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you. We will even call or send you a text the day before to remind you of your appointment.

Generally, we recommend keeping them on 2-8 week grooming schedule, depending on the breed of dog, age, coat type and lifestyle. To keep them healthy and clean and looking their best, we will advise you on what is best for your dog.

We use an all-natural therapeutic remedy Flea and Tick shampoo to get rid of the fleas on your dog. We recommend that you consult your veterinarian for flea and tick solutions that best suits your dog’s health, age, or special condition.

Generally it takes about an hour for a small dog and two hours for large dogs. We are always patient and cater to the dog’s behavior to ensure the Alpha Spa Experience is enjoyable.

We use all natural therapeutic remedy products that are best for your dog’s skin and coat type.

We use tepid water. It’s warm! A dog’s body temperature is higher than humans so we don’t want to use too warm of water. They will be comfortable and pampered.

We will assess your dog when we first meet regarding their behavior. Some are just sensitive, scared or may have been handled incorrectly in the past. We have gentle techniques to use to get through the process safely. We do not provide services on sedated dogs.

Yes, we can help, it’s what we do. We have 10 years’ of experience grooming dogs both young and old. We listen to them and cater to their behavior. Sometimes there are underlining health conditions that make the grooming process uncomfortable. We will always do what is best for them. Safety and comfort before vanity.

No we do not! Towel and hand drying only. They will never be in a cage.

Yes we can. However, we do need a safe level place to park. We could always find a place to park close to your home. Let us know in advance so we are prepared.
