We use tepid water. It’s warm! A dog’s body temperature is higher than humans so we don’t want to use too warm of water. They will be comfortable and pampered.
We use all natural therapeutic remedy products that are best for your dog’s skin and coat type. Hypo-allergenic, non-detergent, soap free, medicated shampoos and conditioners are available and included in our pricing.
Generally it takes about an hour for a small dog and two hours for large dogs. We are always patient and cater to the dog’s behavior to ensure the Alpha Spa Experience is enjoyable.
We use an all-natural therapeutic remedy Flea and Tick shampoo to get rid of the fleas on your dog. We recommend that you consult your veterinarian for flea and tick solutions that best suits your dog’s health, age, or special condition.
Generally, we recommend keeping them on 2-8 week grooming schedule, depending on the breed of dog, age, coat type and lifestyle. To keep them healthy and clean and looking their best, we will advise you on what is best for your dog.
